The heavy duty press tool consists of forged and hardened special steel which then undergoes a CNC machining process. This enables exact application and precise rounding of the pressing profile with extremely low production tolerances. The precisely form pressing profile allows system-compliant pressure of various pressing systems, for example Viega Profipress or Frabopress V. The high-quality press tools are suitable for use in all electrically driven Rems radial presses, apart from the Minipress system. The press tool can also be combined with suitable radial presses from other manufacturers as required.
