Cutting to length and creating a connection:

Step 1
The front part of the BOAGAZ® corrugated pipe rolled on the coil must always be cut off with a clean cut before use. Determine the correct pipe length. Use the pipe cutter to cut the BOAGAZ® corrugated pipe to length through the sheath and the stainless steel. The cut must be located in the corrugation trough. Turn the pipe cutter in one direction and slowly tighten the pressing roller after each turn.
Caution: Excessive tightening results in irregular cuts and deformations.

Step 2
Remove PE sheath with the stripping knife so that four corrugations remain free, so that the connections can be mounted.

Step 3
Push the nut over the corrugated pipe and position the two half-rings so that one corrugation remains free at the pipe end.

Step 4
Push the nut over the half-rings and tighten them to the stop with an open-ended spanner. After checking pressure, protect the corrugated pipe from corrosion at the transition with protective tape or heat-shrink tubing.
