Pipe repair set - set 1: Protective bandage 25x1800mm, protective gloves, assembly instructions

Mode of operation:
The protective bandage consists of a special polyester fabric
which has been soaked in polyurethane resins

Application:
1. The bandage is activated with water then
2. Wound tight around the leakage point
3. The leaking resin is worked into the bandage by hand
4. After 30 min. the pipe can be loaded with full pressure again
5. Please note: Always use the protective bandage in full!

Advantages:
• Quick repair - the pipes can even be loaded
again after 30 mins.
• One bandage for all pipe diameters and materials
• Adaptable - can therefore be used for elbows and junctions
• Can also be used for a permanent repair indoors and outdoors
• Best suited to corrosion protection (e.g. with pressed fittings)
• Can be used in a temperature range from -60°C to +270°C
• Can be used with pipes for products containing water and oil
• 2 sizes: 25 x 1800 mm und 50 x 3600 mm
Application example:
Set 1 25 x 1800 mm DN 25 (1") = 5.2 bar
Set 2 50 x 3600 mm DN 25 (1") = 10.3 bar
