Damages and Returns
- My goods are damaged - what do I do?
Are the goods you ordered broken or have they arrived damaged? Find out what to do in the event of damage in transit here.
- Right of return
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. This applies to unused, undamaged parts in their original packaging, with adequate outer packaging and the delivery note or a copy of the invoice included. Parts that are built-in, incomplete and those that have been damaged on return due to defective packaging are not liable for a refund.
We will be happy to pick up returns from your premises free of charge in this period (except carrier goods).
- Please report returns beforehand by phone on +49 7433.989212, by email or by fax using the form on the back of the delivery note.
- The pick-up is arranged by us, so you save time and money.
- We charge for freight returns.
- We cannot take back goods that you have sent back yourself, or that are not registered.
- Returns from Poland, the Czech Republic, non-bordering EU states and other countries ae possible on request.
- Special items cannot be returned.
- Hazardous items cannot be returned.
