Ceramic ignition element for solid fuel ovens.
• In temperature-resistant ceramic base (length: 94 mm)
• Ready for installation of steel pipe with internal ø: 14 mm or 18 mm
• Inside and outside heater with air that can be recirculated / flows through
• Element temperature: max. 1000°C in continuous and alternating operation, up to 1200°C for short periods
• Life cycle approx. 20,000 heating cycles (depending on the conditions of use)
• Ignition times: 60...90 s (depending on the ignition element positioning in the oven)
• Electrical connection: 230 V (AC), 170...200 W
• Electrically insulated externally and internally, no exposed electrical contacts
• Resistant to oxidation and corrosion
• Ignition: air is heated up to very high temperatures quickly thanks to extremely high heating temperature and ideal geometry
• The ignition element should be protected against slag accumulations by means of a nozzle tip.
