Pipe freezer Frigo 2 F-Zero Set 1/4"- 1 1/4" / 15-42 mm

The REMS Frigo 2 F-Zero pipe freezer is used to quickly and easily freeze pipes made of steel, copper or plastic, as well as composite pipes. This removes the need for time-consuming emptying of pipes and systems during installation work when using the pipe freezing system. The REMS pipe freezer works with a closed refrigerant circuit and can also be used in closed rooms without any problems. The internal R-290 refrigerant has no ozone depletion potential and is more environmentally friendly than other variants. All that is required to operate the freezing system is a 230 volt power connection. Pipes with diameters from 15 - 42 mm can be frozen easily with the Frigo 2 F-Zero. Additional freezing inserts for other pipe diameters are available as optional accessories. The very compact freezing heads are placed on the pipe to freeze it, and fixed in place by means of the supplied tension straps. Two LCD thermometers with clamp, which are also included in the delivery, allow an exact display of the temperature at the freezing points. The complete refrigeration unit is housed in a robust sheet steel housing with two practical carrying handles. Adequately long refrigerant hoses made of abrasion-resistant material ensure a large working radius. If necessary, the refrigeration process can be supported by spraying with water; a suitable spray bottle is included with the unit.
