The Rems Amigo 2 electric die stock can be used to cut various pipe threads. The support bracket provided means there is no need for an additional vice and allows thread cutting directly on the building site. As a result, the Rems electric die stock can be used in a variety of ways for repairs, renovation of old buildings and new installations. The compact design with its slimline housing allows it to be used even in places that are hard to reach. A maintenance-free gearbox and powerful electric motor with 1700 watt output provide reliable drive. The electric die stock is supplied as a set with matching cutting heads in a strong steel case. Various pipe threads with different diameters can be cut easily with one machine in this way. The quick-change cutting heads can also be replaced easily without wasting time and they are compatible with other Rems tools. Accurate centring of the pipe that is being worked on is ensured by the long, precise pipe guide. The cutting jaws made of special tempered steel make cutting easy and produce a clean thread.
