Oil burner nozzles Danfoss H-LE - hollow cone

The oil nozzle OD LE from Danfoss is used for spraying fuel oil in pressure sprayer burners.
The oil nozzle has been improved in essential areas and simultaniously the requirements of the CEN standards were taken into account as
far as possible. All oil nozzles now have a nozzle housing which simplifies installation and adjusment of the ignition electrodes.
The nozzle was also altered with regard to the testpoint, the marking and the filter equipment. Because of the LE function the LE oil nozzle was
not affected by the CEN standard as was the existing program. Nevertheless this European standard was taken into account as far as possible.
Danfoss oil nozzles type LE are produced with different spray angles and spray patterns.
The LE system consists of, on the one hand a special series of oil nozzles that have a built in shutoff valve, and on the other hand from a
special oil burner pump with a built-in surplus flow valve which can be switched on and off. The system is used with small pressure spray
burners where after spraying by switch off and drop formation by preheating or retro-reflection should be avoided.
So is the risk of drop formation elimenated, especially on burners with a pre-warmer. The contamination of the nozzle bore,
the nozzle nose and the burner head is so effectively prevented and offensive smell avoided.
