Return form
If you want to return goods, you have a full right of return within 14 days . Please contact us within this period and inform us in advance by phone, fax or e-mail about the desired collection of goods. Returns outside Germany are at cost price.
- This applies to unused, flawless parts in their original packaging with sufficient outer packaging.
- Built-in parts, incomplete parts and goods damaged due to improper packaging at the time of return cannot be credited.
- We invoice returns by freight forwarder.
