Orders placed before 4 p.m. that are sent by parcel service are usually handed over to our logistics partners on the same day (except for shipments to Switzerland and non-neighboring EU countries). Normally, you will receive this on the next working day, after a maximum of two to three working days.

Up to 5 working days delivery time for stock goods from the day of shipment.

Forwarding delivery:

Order Mon.-Fri. until 11.00 a.m. - delivery the following day until 6.00 p.m.: 20 € per shipment³⁾ (except Sat., Sun. & public holidays).

Parcel delivery:

Order Mon.-Thu. until 3.00 p.m. - delivery the following day by 10.30 a.m.: 19 € per shipment.
Order Mon.-Thu. until 3.00 p.m. - delivery the following day by 12.00 p.m.: 15 € per shipment.
Order on Fri. until 15.00 - Saturday delivery: 45 € per shipment.

Express delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays. Express delivery on islands is not possible. Dangerous goods are excluded from express deliveries.

Forwarding delivery:

Order Mon.-Fri. by 11.00 a.m. - delivery the following day by 10.00 a.m.: €65 per consignment.³⁾
Order Mon.-Fri. until 11.00 a.m. - delivery the following day by 12.00 p.m.: 40 € per consignment.³⁾

Except Sat., Sun. & holidays. Express delivery on islands not possible. Dangerous goods excluded from express deliveries.
