ZEWOTHERM
- Dry construction system for dry and wet screeds with heat conduction plates for laying distances 125-250-375 mm and heating pipe ø 14 mm.
The dry construction system is particularly suitable for all new and old buildings and renovation projects.
The low installation height, the minimised weight and the optimum heat distribution via the heat conduction plates make for an extremely flexible system solution.
In this context, flexibility also means that the system is equally suitable for dry screeds and in wet applications.
With the system components easy to handle and the rapid and straightforward installation, commissioning is complete in little time.
Profile plate made of EPS polystyrene hard foam according to DIN EN 13163 and DIN V 4108-10. With grooved profile for heat conduction plates in meander-shaped pattern for holding 14 x 2 mm heating pipe. Material: EPS DEO dh WLG 035. building material class according to DIN 4102:B1. - Heating pipe installation spacing: 125/250/375 mm, i.e. 8.0 / 4.0 / 2.7 m pipe/m²
- Panel thickness: 25 mm
- Nap element made of recyclable polystyrene (PS) film with tread-resistant shaped pipe retaining naps, two-sided push-button connection and holes in naps, and surface for composite between special screed and substrate.
Technical data: - Material class: B2
- Spacing (for pipe ø12x2 mm): axial 90° (5 / 10 / 15 cm), diagonal 45° (7 / 14 / 21 cm)
- The 18 mm-thick system panels have a pre-assembled pipe register of quality polybutene pipes 12 x 1.3 mm with fixed spacing of 10 cm. The elements are connected in series and are designed for a maximum pipe length of 80 m. The five panel sizes cover all standard installation situations.
Advantages: - For heating and cooling
- Prefabricated air-conditioning panels with PB pipe
