Description Risk from acidic condensation with condensing boilers – must be neutralised Acidic condensation is created when using a condensing boiler. These acids risk causing damage to the waste water pipes and the environment. A single-family house with an average heat output of 20 kW produces approx. 2400 litres of acid a year. This means approx. 1.2 mm of pipe wear/year (e.g. with concrete pipes) Neutrakon® 01/25 • Includes neutralisation granulate for initial filling. The granulate disappears on its own, the fill level can be seen clearly through the transparent filter housing.
