Description • Shaft: 1-surface • 1-level • Nozzle outlet: DN 6 (1/8”) • Oil pressure 7-20 bar • With built-in solenoid valve 220 V/50 Hz The Le system ensures a low build up of emmissions in respect to unburned hydrocarbons both at the start and switch off, so that e.g. an RAL/EMPA approval is achieved. The nozzle materials are temperature resistant up to a max. working temperature of 200°C, and short-term up to 250°C. The Le system must be used together with an effective prefilter. Filter pore size: max. 40 µm or better. The pump was designed so that the outer form offers many selections in regard to placement of the regulating unit and connections. The transmission unit of the pump is our well known Trochoid gear wheel drive, that in the BFP types is built into a special cut-out in the pump housing. This method ensures an optimal fit of the transmission unit and so minimal wear. The solenoid valve is a separate functional unit, so is the regulating unit (membrane principle). The magnet coils are disigned for plug connections. The pump is provided with a manual changeover for one and two pipe operation. The difference between BFP pumps and the BFP-LE pumps lies in the built-in surplus flow valve and additional channels. This surplus flow valve is installed opposite the nozzle port. A special function is the possibility to switch the LE function on and off by means of a screwdriver. With this possibility the burner can be operated both with a standard nozzle (LE function off) or with the scheduled LE nozzle (LE function on). Important: What does a higher tank or pressure cause on the draw side? A positive pressure on the draw side causes the pressure which should open the surplus flow valve to increase. The normal opening pressure is max. 2.0 bar + draw pressure max. 1.5 bar, so together max. 3.5. bar. Since the nozzle valve opens first at 5 ±1 bar it is ensured that the surplus oil flows out the draw side and doesn't leake from the nozzle. Technical data
