Kitchen protector type EMS for monitoring the waste gas system and checking gas supply in commercially used kitchen systems.
Application example:
With central control unit, pressure monitor, solenoid valve, pre-installed ball valve and integrated thermal shut-off device T (TAE)
Function:
The air-pressure monitor determines whether sufficient flow is present in the waste air stack. The flow state determined by the air-pressure monitor is evaluated by the KCU kitchen controller, which controls a central shut-off device. As long as there is sufficient flow in the waste air stack, the two solenoid valves of the central shut-off device remain open and liquid gas can flow to the consumer
